Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the R6 Replay Analyzer platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
The Service is operated by Patrick Wegner ("we," "us," or "our"), located at Am Campus 2, 48565 Steinfurt, Germany.
2. Service Description and Tech Test Status
The R6 Replay Analyzer is a web platform for analyzing Rainbow Six Siege replay files. The Service is currently in tech test/beta status.
As-Is Provision: The Service is provided "as-is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:
- Continuous or uninterrupted availability
- Error-free operation or accurate results
- Compatibility with future game updates
- Data preservation or backup recovery
- Any specific level of service or features
During the tech test phase, features may be added, modified, or removed without prior notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Service at any time.
3. Eligibility and Account Requirements
3.1 Age Requirement
This Service is intended for players of Rainbow Six Siege. You must be legally old enough to play Rainbow Six Siege in your jurisdiction (typically 16+ or 18+, depending on regional game ratings).
By creating an account, you represent that you meet these age requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3.2 Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Providing accurate and current information
4. User-Generated Content and Data Rights
4.1 Uploaded Replay Files
By uploading Rainbow Six Siege replay files to the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You waive all rights to the uploaded replay files, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, proprietary rights, and any claims of ownership
- We obtain a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, process, analyze, modify, and distribute the uploaded files and any data derived from them
- You have the legal right to upload the replay files and that they do not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws
4.2 Data Usage Rights
We may use uploaded replay files and derived data for any purpose, including but not limited to:
- Providing the analysis service and displaying results to you
- Improving our algorithms and analysis capabilities
- Creating aggregated, anonymized public statistics and insights
- Publishing public analytics reports, leaderboards, or meta-analysis
- Training machine learning models
- Research and development purposes
- Marketing and promotional materials
Public Data Sharing: Any analysis or insights we create from your replay files may be made publicly available and may contain data, statistics, or information derived from your uploads. This may include (but is not limited to) player performance metrics, game strategies, operator usage, and match outcomes.
4.3 Personal Data Rights
While you waive rights to replay file content, you retain rights to your personal data (name, email, account information) as described in our Privacy Policy. You can request deletion of personal data, but aggregated, anonymized statistics derived from your replay files may be retained.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Abuse, harass, or harm other users
- Upload files you do not have the right to upload
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Impersonate others or provide false information
6. Strict Prohibition on Reverse Engineering, Scraping, and Unauthorized Access
6.1 Reverse Engineering
You are strictly prohibited from reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to derive the source code, algorithms, or underlying technology of the Service or any part thereof.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Analyzing network traffic or API calls
- Inspecting or modifying client-side code beyond normal browser usage
- Attempting to recreate our analysis algorithms or business logic
- Extracting or replicating our data models or database schemas
6.2 Scraping and Automated Data Extraction
All forms of scraping, crawling, or automated data extraction are strictly forbidden unless explicitly authorized in writing by us.
You may NOT:
- Use bots, scrapers, spiders, or any automated tools to access the Service
- Extract, harvest, or collect data from the Service by any automated means
- Systematically download or copy content, analysis results, or user data
- Use browser automation tools (Selenium, Puppeteer, etc.) to interact with the Service
- Parse HTML, make unauthorized API calls, or intercept data transmissions
- Create databases or datasets by extracting information from the Service
6.3 Authorized Data Access Only
The ONLY authorized methods for accessing and downloading data from the Service are:
- Official download buttons provided in the user interface
- Official public APIs (if and when we provide them with explicit documentation)
- Export features explicitly made available to users
Any data access outside these explicitly authorized channels is considered unauthorized access and a violation of these Terms.
6.4 No Data Aggregation or Competitive Use
You may not:
- Aggregate data from the Service for use in competing products or services
- Create derivative databases or analytics platforms using our data
- Republish, redistribute, or resell data obtained from the Service
- Use extracted data for commercial purposes without explicit written permission
6.5 Technical Measures and Circumvention
We employ technical measures to protect the Service and prevent unauthorized access. You may not:
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features
- Bypass rate limiting, access controls, or authentication mechanisms
- Use VPNs, proxies, or rotating IPs to evade detection or restrictions
- Tamper with cookies, tokens, or session management
- Modify request headers, user agents, or other identifiers to mask automated access
6.6 Monitoring and Detection
We actively monitor for suspicious activity, including but not limited to unusual access patterns, excessive requests, automated behavior, and data extraction attempts.
6.7 Consequences and Enforcement
Violation of this section will result in immediate and permanent account termination without warning or refund. Additionally:
- We will ban your IP address and block future access
- We reserve the right to pursue legal action, including civil and criminal remedies
- We may seek damages for any harm caused, including:
- Costs of investigation and remediation
- Lost revenue and business harm
- Legal fees and court costs
- Statutory damages where applicable
- We may report violations to law enforcement authorities
- We may pursue injunctive relief to prevent further violations
We have zero tolerance for scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorized access. If you are unsure whether an activity is permitted, contact us at contact@r6-replay.com BEFORE proceeding.
6.8 Reporting Vulnerabilities
If you discover a security vulnerability or technical issue, please report it responsibly to contact@r6-replay.com. Do not exploit, publicize, or share vulnerabilities before we have had a reasonable opportunity to address them.
Responsible disclosure in good faith will not be considered a violation of these Terms, provided you:
- Report the issue promptly and privately
- Do not access or exfiltrate data beyond what is necessary to demonstrate the vulnerability
- Do not disrupt or damage the Service
- Allow reasonable time for us to address the issue before public disclosure
7. Service Availability and Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.
We may:
- Change features, pricing models, or access policies
- Perform maintenance that temporarily limits availability
- Discontinue support for certain file formats or game versions
- Remove or modify user content
We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service modifications, interruptions, or discontinuation.
7. Pricing and Payment (Future)
The Service is currently provided free of charge during the tech test phase. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans, subscriptions, or premium features in the future.
If we introduce paid features, we will provide advance notice and updated terms. Continued use after pricing changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, branding, and original content, is owned by Patrick Wegner and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without explicit written permission.
Third-Party Trademarks: Rainbow Six Siege is a trademark of Ubisoft Entertainment. This Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Ubisoft Entertainment. All game-related trademarks and content belong to their respective owners.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Patrick Wegner and the Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data, profits, or use
- Service interruptions or errors
- Inaccurate analysis results
- Unauthorized access to your data
- Any damages resulting from use or inability to use the Service
In no event shall our total liability exceed €100 (one hundred euros) or the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months, whichever is lower.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or liability limitations. In such cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Patrick Wegner from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Content you upload or submit to the Service
11. Account Termination
11.1 Termination by You
You may delete your account at any time by sending a request to contact@r6-replay.com. Upon account deletion:
- Your account and personal data will be deleted as described in the Privacy Policy
- You will lose access to all uploaded files and analysis results
- We may retain anonymized, aggregated data derived from your uploads
11.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Abusive or fraudulent behavior
- Inactivity for extended periods
- Any reason at our sole discretion
Upon termination by us, you lose all access to the Service, and we are not obligated to provide data exports or refunds.
12. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with the GDPR.
By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Steinfurt, Germany.
If you are a consumer within the EU, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Service, legal requirements, or business practices.
Significant changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the website at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and may request account deletion.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or agreements provided by us, constitute the entire agreement between you and Patrick Wegner regarding the Service.
These Terms supersede any prior agreements, communications, or understandings (whether oral or written) regarding the subject matter.
